Lumière
Awarded two Michelin stars
Twelve courses, one long evening. Élise Varenne cooks what the week has given her: Atlantic fish landed at dawn, vegetables pulled from the garden at Sauvage, butter churned in Normandy the day before. Lumière seats twenty-six guests, five nights a week.

ExquisiteGastronomy
One menu, served to every table at the same unhurried pace. It changes a little each week and completely with each season, and it is written around what arrives at the kitchen door, not the other way round.
Fourteen cooks, one pastry kitchen and a single long pass. The brigade arrives at seven and tastes every sauce twice before the first guest sits down.
Forty-one growers, fishers and makers. Most of them we have known for over a decade; all of them are within a day of the kitchen.
A table,held for you
