01Who we are
Lumière SAS, 14 Quai des Célestins, 75004 Paris, registered at the RCS Paris under number 529 418 302, is the data controller for the personal data described here.

02What we collect
When you reserve: your name, email address, telephone number, party size, date and time, and any dietary requirements or occasion you choose to share.
When you buy a gift card: the purchaser’s and recipient’s names, delivery address or email, and payment confirmation. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our systems.
03Dietary & health information
Allergies and dietary requirements may reveal information about your health. We collect them only with your explicit consent, solely to prepare your meal safely, and delete them ninety days after your visit unless you ask us to remember them.
04How we use it
To hold and confirm your table, contact you about it, prepare your menu, process deposits and gift cards, and, if you subscribe, send our seasonal letter four times a year.
We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.
05Who we share it with
Our reservation platform, payment provider and email service act as processors on our behalf under written agreements. All store data within the European Union.
We share nothing with advertisers.
06How long we keep it
Reservation records are kept for three years after your last visit. Accounting records relating to deposits and gift cards are kept for ten years, as French law requires.
07Cookies
One essential cookie remembers your language and the progress of a booking. With your consent, we use privacy-respecting analytics with anonymised IP addresses. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie notice.
08Your rights
You may access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request a copy in a portable format. Write to privacy@lumiere-paris.fr and we will reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 Place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
