Tables are released 60 days ahead, at 10:00 Paris time. Lunch Thursday to Saturday, dinner Tuesday to Saturday.

A deposit of €100 per guest secures the booking and is deducted from the bill. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit.
