Two stars, a seventh year
A note of thanks to our brigade, our growers and our guests.
This morning the Guide Michelin confirmed our second star for a seventh year. It belongs to fourteen cooks, eleven people in the dining room, forty-one producers, and every guest who has trusted us with an evening.
“It belongs toall of them.”
We will celebrate the way we always do: with a staff lunch, cooked by the dining-room team, which the kitchen is not allowed to criticise.
